Tori Janelle

Tori Janelle is a proud alumna of The Dance Experience, with 18 years of extensive dance training that includes competitive experience in tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, pointe, contemporary, and acrobatics. She has received pre-professional training through the esteemed Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, where she performed the enchanting role of Sleeping Beauty under the direction of Miss Liane Fisher, the owner and director of Fisher Ballet.

Throughout her dance training, Tori studied under distinguished professionals, including Mr. Scott Thyberg, the choreographer of the World of Wonders commissioned by the Nutmeg Ballet, along with numerous educators associated with Dance Educators of America.

Beginning at the age of 16, Tori stepped into the role of a dance instructor, teaching and choreographing, and was honored with the Student Choreographer Award from Dance Ovations Competition. Her choreography has since garnered multiple awards, including Overall High Score honors, while her dancers have achieved solo titles and numerous First Overall group awards for their remarkable artistry and performance quality.

As a recent law school graduate, Tori continues to share her passion and knowledge of dance with every student she instructs at TDE. She is dedicated to nurturing her students' growth inside and outside the studio by instilling confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance.
