Christina Vontell

Christina received her dance training at TDE for 15 years, where she trained in various styles including jazz, lyrical, ballet, and acrobatics. During her extensive dance education, Christina also spent years serving as an assistant teacher and dedicated five years to backstage management with Fisher Ballet Productions. After graduating from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2025 with a degree in Secondary Education and History, Christina became a licensed educator and now works as an 8th grade history teacher in the Wallingford Public Schools system. In 2025, after completing her college education, Christina returned to the dance studio, taking on a role as a dance coach alongside the same teachers and friends who guided her throughout her own dance journey. She is passionate about dance coaching and is excited to share her love of dance and TDE with the next generation of dancers.
