Amanda Dambach

Amanda has over 20 years of dance experience. She received her dance education from Connecticut Dance Theatre & the Arts in Prospect, CT, where she studied various styles including tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, and lyrical. She participated in recreational dance classes and was a dedicated member of the CT Dance Theatre & the Arts' Competition Team for 9 years. Amanda has traveled extensively, from Cape May, New Jersey, to Nashville, Tennessee, driven by her passion for dance. She graduated from Roger Williams University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Minor in Spanish. Throughout her undergraduate journey, she was not only a member but also a choreographer for RWU’s Dance Club. Amanda furthered her education at Southern Connecticut State University, earning her Master of Arts in Multicultural, Bilingual Ed & TESOL in 2020. As a licensed and practicing dance teacher since 2012, she currently works in the Southington Public School District as an ML (Multilingual Learners) Teacher. She began providing dance instruction in 2018 and, since joining the TDE Family in Season 22, continues to offer a variety of recreational dance classes and choreographs for TDE’s Competitive Team. Amanda is devoted to the art of dance and is excited to share her passion with her students at TDE for many years to come!
